Step 1: Initializing an IC card reader

To use an IC card reader, you will need to install the necessary drivers on your computer.
Each card reader has different drivers, so install the right ones for your reader using the following information.

Windows: The IC card reader will be recognized automatically by inserting to a USB port, so proceed to "Step2".
If the IC card reader is not recognized, please install the necessary drivers from this page and go to "Step2".
